Well done to the under 13 hurlers who travelled to Porterstown on Saturday and took full points against Castleknock placing them in runners-up spot.
Leading into Saturdays game it was touch and go as Dy Maurs and Round Towers were hot on their heels and Kevin’s needed to win to secure second spot. A loss on Saturday and a win for Round Towers would mean the Clondalkin side would edge Kevins on the head to head. A win for Maurs had the potential for a three way tie for 2nd place, but in a twist of fate, Kevins pulled through and the chasing pack both lost their ties, putting some distance between Kevins and the rest. The final tables are shown below.
