We will be fielding two Under 12 hurling teams in 2024 and our boys will also stepping into a new format as they progress from Under 11 Go Games to a Grading League. We have been placed in the C and E grades for the coming season and excitement is already building as the boys hosted St Oliver Plunkett’s / Eoghan Ruadh in two challenge games today.
Playing side by side we faced a very strong and talented Plunketts side who are one grade above us in B and also another squad graded in E. There were tough games, but we’ve some positives and loads to build on. Special mention to the outstanding contributions from the U11’s hurlers and camogie players we had helping out. Some of the skills displayed were phenomenal and beyond their years.
In a great round off to the day they were presented with beautifully designed jerseys and sliotars from our new sponsor HOME CARER which everyone was delighted with.
Great to be out on the grass again competing and competition like that show us where we need to be!
