The Dublin GAA CCC will arrange approximately 4,500 fixtures this year. This year we need new Referees to replace other Referees who have recently retired for various reasons. Without new Referees we won’t be able guarantee competition of our 2023 games programme. We would love to hear from club members or supporters who would be willing to take up Refereeing. Coiste na Reiteoiri are holding a course for new Referees in Parnell Park commencing on February 13th next and concluding on March 1st. GAA Rounders are also organising Referees courses for the 2023 season. Please contact secretary.referees.rounders@gaa.ie to express an interest in training courses. Having enough qualified referees for adult and juvenile GAA Rounders competitions is fundamental to the running of our organisation. Without enough referees championships, Feile and local competitions simply cannot operate. Also, completing the course is a great way to broaden your knowledge of the rules and therefore your understanding of the game.
