To kick start the coaching & development for 2023 a meeting is being held on Wednesday 1st Feb @ 7.30pm at PJ Jennings gym in the Sunshine Industrial Estate on the Crumlin Road.
We will set out the Coaching & Development objectives for the year ahead, and explain how the C&D plan will work going forward.
Also on the night we will hear from the club Strength and conditioning (S&C) guest speaker on how and what each age group should be doing. It would be great if we can get as many as possible to attend. Thanks and see you all on Wednesday 8th February at 7.30pm.
