It wasn’t to be for both our Junior A and Junior D hurling squads as they both lost their opening ties against Lucan Sarsfields and Castleknock. The Junior As started well and lead 0-9 to 1-4 at half time, but a strong second half performance by the home side resulted in a 2-18 to 1-13 loss for Kevins. Our Junior Ds also lost away to Castleknock 0-15 to 1-8. Our Junior G’s who had a very good league season received a bye. Some photos below from this mornings Junior A game, thanks to Eoghan Redmond.
